Virtual Assistant for Travel Blog/Online Coaching Business

I run a hiking and adventure travel blog and digital coaching business. I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who likes to learn and is tech savvy.

This will start out as a part time position with the possibility of going full time in the near future.

In this role, you will be responsible for a handful of things including and not limited to…

- Assisting with customer service during launches including helping answer emails, answer DMs on social media, monitoring the FB Group to ensure no one is breaking the rules, monitoring comments and questions during FB Lives, and things of that nature.
- Setting up email automation campaigns in ConvertKit.
- Scheduling out email blasts in ConvertKit.
- Publishing blog posts in WordPress.
- Publishing changes in the student portal in Kajabi.
- Finding marketing and public relations client contact information.
- Helping answer basic tech support questions from students.

Must have reliable internet, speak and write fluently in English, and be able to work (especially during launches) in my time zone (Pacific - US).

It’s alright if you are not versed in some of these programs like Kajabi, ConvertKit, WordPress, etc. I will be training you on those. But if you do have some experience with these, please mention it when you apply.
