VA/Recruiters / Career placement agents

Liaison between job candidates and employers.

Must be able to recruit a new employers and employee.
Excellent Communication Skills are must-to-have

Be able to make a cold call
Speak other language is a big asset

Must be able to detail oriented
Need to know what is your role as a recruiter
Be able to prepare potential candidate for the interview
Be good at executing at mock-interview
Must be able to revise the resume

We are an immigration / recruitment firm in Canada, trying to find the recruitment / career placement agents who can find our clients an employer in Canada.

Based salary be $300 USD per month + incentives for each client's match success ( 100 per case ) at least 2 + 3 employee matching per month

You will be constantly uploading advertisement to find the potential employees and employers and cold-calling required.
You have to make a newly updated and must be familiar with data-entry.

I have no time to train so someone with prior experience in this field be welcome.
