Digital Account Manager

Tread Partners is a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping multi-location tire dealers and auto repair shops put more cars in their bays. We are currently seeking an experienced Account/Project Manager to add to our growing team.

Applicants must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST.

Our new project manager will be expected to hit the ground running and should have previous professional experience working with a small digital marketing agency.

Primary responsibilities are:
* Day-to-day guardian of the client's digital projects with the company.
* Manages multiple concurrent projects across internal and client teams.
* Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent ---------- n sell ideas and supports ideas with research support.
* Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
* Oversee all aspects of projects: scope, risk, budget, schedule, quality, and communication to stakeholders' fullest satisfaction
* Address client queries and requests effectively and in a timely manner. Evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items
* Provide regular updates and progress reports to key tea ---------- mbers
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop processes and workflows to align with client goals
* Contribute to the evolution of the project management discipline; defining, documenting, and implementing processes and iterating as needed

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience leading digital marketing projects within a digital marketing agency
Experience using project management software (Asana)
Proficiency in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, closing)
In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
