Skills needed for this project:
- Atleast 2 years of Cold calling / BPO Experience
- Experience working with Real Estate Company (preferred but not required)
- Follows Directions
- Team Player
- Coachable, willing to learn
- Focused and Fast learner
- Handling Objections
- Documentation/Organization Skills (Excel, Reporting, time management)
- Fluent in English, Must work in the US time zone (EST).

MUST HAVE A WORK FROM HOME SET UP
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable computer/headsets
- Noise cancelling Headsets
