Job Description:
Real estate cold calling. This role includes prospecting for leads via telephone, gathering the leads info for our real estate investment ---------- ll handling of inbound and outbound calls. Will be responsible for taking calls and calling people that may have an interest in selling a house, gathering all information needed, and entering it into our lead sheet.

Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include outbound calling, Answering incoming calls back and entering leads into a lead sheet.
• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections.

Qualifications:
• Extremely strong phone skills
• Speak and write English effectively with confidence
• Call center or virtual assistant experience
• Can remember and follow a script
• Have excellent organization, time management

Requirements:
• Working high-speed laptop or desktop
• DSL Internet - 20 Mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
• Headset with microphone
• call from a quiet location
• Effective at using Skype for tea ---------- etings
• Excellent internet and power supply without interruptions

Pay rate:
$4/hr + 1 weeks pay bonuses for every successful deal - Pay is every week

Hours:
40- Hours each a week,
10am EST-6pm EST Mon-Friday
