Real Estate Cold Called

Looking for a cold calling superstar! I need someone experienced in cold calling expired, cancelled listings, and for sale by owners. Someone that can turn these calls into an appointment. Must have experience with using Vulcan 7. Previous experience and knowledge of scripts is a must.
