Content Writer with Excellent English

We're a Christian content marketing agency looking to hire a part time Content Writer to create engaging digital content.

You'll be responsible for creating a variety of content for our "Christ-Centered Marketing Agency" along with several client accounts. This may include:
- Websites
- New blog posts
- Light marketing copy
- Podcast and YouTube show notes

Because our clients are based in North America, you need to have excellent written English (this isn't a speaking position, so it's okay if your spoken English isn't superb).

We're looking for someone with existing experience who can step right in and take ownership of this role, but we'll also train you on any skills you lack experience in if you are a great fit for our team.

A strong focus on consistency, organization and communication is required across all projects to create the best content possible.

Responsibilities:
- Research industry-related topics
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Google Docs
- Proofread and edit work
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Write clear copy to promote products/services
- Communicate and stay organized with online collaboration software (Basecamp)
