ohne is the hyper-personalised subscription service delivering products for the entire menstrual cycle. With a range of period products and cycle care products, ohne customers receive product deliveries bespoke to them along with resources and support to ensure every user has full autonomy over their entire cycle. ohne launched and became a Techstars alumni company in ‘19, and has shipped over 1.5 million products and seen over 100% revenue growth in the last 12 months. Backed by global venture funds, we’re now on the hunt for our next hire: Head of Affiliate and Community to join our growth team during a fast-paced scale.
We’re looking for someone diligent and organised to join our Community Growth team, supporting in the next stages of our fast-growing community and ambassador programme. You’ll love activating new audiences and onboarding users, and are eager to push the boundaries of community generated content. You’re a self starter, and love working in the fast-paced chaos and buzz of a startup! Above all, you’re passionate about creating authentic positive change for women (and people that bleed) as well as the planet.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll expand our community programme, finding creative ways to source/ find XXX well-aligned individuals to onboard onto ohne’s community programme.
- You’ll form authentic relationships with ohne superfans, finding unique ways to support our community too.
- You’ll track data and communications to ensure the programme continues to operate with ease.
- You’ll work closely with the Community Growth team providing insights on learnings, and exploring additional ways to scale the programme together.
Who we’re looking for:
- You have a strong understanding of our target demographic, or the ability and passion to learn deeply.
- You have exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, and feel comfortable operating within them.
- You’re well versed with data tracking, and have a proven track record of operating within Excel.
- Your time management skills are exceptional, as are your project management abilities.
