Site Scout Advertising

I have ads on Site Scout that are just not getting hits. I am either too low or am not configuring it properly. I currently only have 160x600 ads running, which can be seen here:

I am trying to get people to my website tansiclothing.com to create sales for the following shirts:

Punjabi
French
Chinese
Arabic

I am targeting cities in Canada that have the highest number of those Nationalities.
