1. Provide system support level 1 to customer in their daily operation
2. Execute planning according to superior direction
3. Install and monitor all installed system
4. Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise
5. Identify and resolve operational problems and carry out the necessary repairs and
adjustments to minimize downtime and prevent future problems
6. Capable of preparing simple documentation
7. Ensure SOP is properly follow and ensure SLA is fulfill
