Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are a fast growing marketing agency that focuses on small businesses. We are looking for a motivated appointment setter (SDR). The ideal candidate will be fluent in English. The candidate will be expected to cold call leads and attempt to set an appointment.

The candidate will be expected to make cold phone calls to business owners of establishments such as coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, bars, and small storefronts.

BONUS AVAILABLE! Each appointment that is set that leads to a sale; the appointment setter will receive a $100 bonus to be paid at the end of the calendar month. If you set 10 appointments that lead to sales that is an additional $1,000 in addition to the base $400 a month salary.

Requirements:
- Fluent English.
- Should have some knowledge on social media and marketing techniques
- Be able to work with high speed internet and in a quiet space
- Available to work during business hours in the United States
- COMFORTABLE MAKING COLD CALLS TO SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
