eCommerce Sourcing & Private Label Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Product Innovation team and CEO to co-ideate & co-validate products to build, source
- Identifying the proper factories overseas for the product needs
- Relaying drawings, specifications to factories and get pricing quotes back - negotiating terms to bring to desired costs
- Evaluating cost, quality, production capability, delivery time to determine the viability of suppliers
- Reviewing development samples and sending comments to vendors
- Placing Purchase Orders with factories
- Building long lasting relationships with factories
- Keeping factory to production timeline and check in during production as/if needed
- Coordinating with QC for factory once production completed
- Coordinating w graphic designer for item design and packaging design
- Coordinating w factory, operations for inbound shipping to FBA, 3PLs
- Identifying and leading process improvements
- Analyze costing, pricing, and margins

What you bring to the table:
- Familiarity and experience with Amazon is a plus
- Extensive Private Label production experience
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Well-developed communication skills in English and Chinese
- Experience bridging the gap between US and factories to get to solutions
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Motivated, curious, collaborative, and innovative
- Great written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to recognize and define opportunities, collect data & insights, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Attention to detail and extremely organized
- An eye for design (although design experience is not required)
