We need someone that can resolve issues with Amazon, such as getting listings reinstated when they go down and debugging other account issues with Amazon.

The goal is to keep all Amazon listings active and all Amazon accounts free of issues.
- Daily inspecting all accounts for issues.
- Resolve the issue fully, by creating cases and following up on cases until they are solved.

Job Requirements:
- Resolving issues with Amazon requires strong critical thinking abilities. Amazon Support is often difficult to work with and it is not always clear what is needed to resolve an issue.
- Experience dealing with Amazon Support is highly desired. Only with familiarity with Amazon will someone be able to formulate the correct solution to resolve issues. This will strengthen as they resolve more cases. Amazon often changes the requirement to reinstate listings. So this person needs to be able to keep up with the changes and discover new solutions.
- This person would need to be able to write professionally and clearly when dealing with Amazon.
- Well organized and keeps good clear records.
- Able to coordinate with other employees what is needed to resolve issues.

This person will be representing our company with Amazon, so it is important that YOU are professional and trustworthy

Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 1pm - 4pm (Day Shift for Training and Coordination) and 8pm - 12am EST (Night Shift)
Saturday - Sunday: 10pm - 12pm EST
