JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a part-time Human Resources Person/Recruiter to post jobs, provide testing links, screen candidates, and process HR paperwork. This person is someone who is organized, professional and is an excellent communicator.

REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Human Resources & Recruitment experience working remotely for a US-based company
-Familiar with HR processes and paper works
-Familiarity of Upwork and Predictive Index
-Ability to recruit candidates by familiarizing organization plans, company objectives, job description & job qualifications
-Process HR paperwork for compliance
