COMPANY INFO
This is a small and fast-growing, customer-focused eCommerce store (online retail) selling in the sporting goods industry. Our revenue in 2021 was in the top 1% of stores that started at the same time.

We’re very busy. We need a second full time person for customer service so we can continue growing the business.

Are you ready?

JOB OVERVIEW
You’ll be responsible for running the store, starting with just a few tasks.

As you learn, you’ll gradually be in charge of most operations. We’ll train you on everything.

Main Responsibilities:
Customer service
Order management
Sales
Product management
Business process, some data entry

You’ll answer customer questions over the phone, chat, and email. You’ll give quotes, take and coordinate orders, solve shipping problems, update spreadsheets, etc.

On average, order management will take about 40-70% of your day.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED - Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business ---------- loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday through Friday 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM US Eastern Time with a lunch break.
