VA job for real estate investor/entrepreneur to help with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Fast & Reliable Internet
Reliable PC/ Mac/ Personal Computer.
Previous experience of USA Real Estate market.
Familiar with CRM system (any type of CRM in the past)

Skype
Communicating well in English (Above average Writing, Speaking, Proof Reading)
These tasks include (but are not limited to): (If you do well, you will be promoted to full-time position)
USD$1.00/ Each complete offer.
Minimum 3 offers/day; 15 offers/ week
The more you do, the more you get paid.
Payment will be made every other Friday.
(If you ask for advance money, you will be dismissed immediately.)

After 3 weeks, we will have the following responsibilities:
Send a text message to homeowner via “REI Reply”
Follow Up and verify if homeowner received it or any questions.
“Click2Mail” physical mail to the owner.
Once the offer is accepted,
Prepare contract to distress homeowners
USD $1/ each contract
USD$200/ each deal completed
