JOB OVERVIEW

We are a startup company focused on delivering virtual care to patients in the United States. We are looking for a superstar full-time tech +_customer support candidate to better serve our patients. That involves:

1) Helping our patients setup our various technologies (connect to WIFI, connect to bluetooth, etc).
2) Helping them navigate our programs
3) Scheduling patients to see different clinical personnel
4) Audio / Video chat with patients

The role requires the person to be
1) extremely conversant in English (written + spoken) = C2 or above.
2) be available during US Eastern hours (9AM to 6PM)
3) be tech savvy and knows how to use google suite, slack
4) minimum download internet speed of 20 mbps and upload internet speed of 10mbps
5) We would love to person to have some familiarity with the US healthcare system.

Since this is a full-time role at a startup, this role might require work during weekends and beyond normal business hours depending on business needs without additional compensation. But we of course will try to avoid it if possible. Our team is composed of a great group of US + PH based doctors / technologists / clinicians, and are looking forward to hiring someone long term and growing their careers with us here.
