Job Description:
1. Provide seamless calendar invite scheduling and quick, professional
-Members of the OAKS team will cc you on
-Schedule appointments with dial-in number and all relevant contacts
2. Perform online research, generating contact info for relevant leads
-OAKS team will give you specific tasks to perform research on with specific deliverables including, but not limited to:
Capital sources, Sponsors/Developers, Referral partners
3.Input contact information for the correct person at the firm, update CRM on company and/or capital program information
-Perform lead generation from online research
3. Update and Manage CRM and Website
-Add new contacts to CRM and update and manage CRM by adding new contact information.
-Update and manage mailchimp
4. Update and manage Wix website
5. Document operating manuals and protocols - Document specific tasks above step by step in order for new hires to be able to understand and execute tasks easily
Your role includes administrative tasks and responsibilities including: (1) fielding

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Available for 15-20 Hours a Week (we might have more work for you some weeks so if you can handle more work, we welcome it)

Must be a proactive self starter and must enjoy working remotely with minimal supervision
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with Microsoft Suite

Experience with Mailchimp
Experience with Canva
Experience with copywriting,
Basic SEO Knowledge (For Content Writing)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser-like focus
Must be a proactive problem-solver who finds the solutions themselves rather than waiting for someone to solve it for them
Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
Your monthly pay is to be discussed, but the rate will be based on your experience and contribution to the company.
