We will hire a person to code the themes. We need a person to design the layouts, etc. basically to design theme skins.

This is a full-time 40 hr a week job, you will be our employee, and we will retain rights to all work done. You must show work you have done, or include a link so that I can see your quality of graphic work or samples.
