Video Editor/Production for E-Commerce Products (TikTok!!)

I'm looking for an experienced video editor to join me, to help me create TIKTOK (!!!) video ads for my E-Commerce store. We have a dropshipping store and we are testing multiple products a week and your job is to deliver us great video ads for our product tests. If we found a winning product, you help us to produce more content to scale this product to the moon.

We do the product research, tell you what should be part of the video (script), send you some youtube videos or other existing ads and you create the ad video for TikTok. You are also responsible to find your own content on Facebook, Youtube, Instagram TikTok, etc.

Who are you?

You are someone who converts visitors into customers and can respond well to the needs of visitors with creative and high converting videos. You do your own research of the pain points of the respective product and you talk about benefits, not features only.
So you are an experienced video editor with proven experience in creating outstanding video ads. We offer you a lot of freedom and the possibility to fill in your own working hours. A sense of responsibility is essential.

What do we expect from you?

- You can do videos, like in the example below. Max. 15-30 seconds long.
- The videos should NOT look like ads on Facebook. The video should look like user-generated content. The ad should not look like an ad! Look at the videos attached.
- You know how to find trending TikTok music and use them for your ads.
- You are familiar with the text-to-speech feature of the mobile TikTok app.
- High Experience in creating high converting videos: You have to be able to create video ads that actually sell! Examples: ---------- (Click on the landing page on "TikTok Ads Example")

- We plan min. 7 days ahead. We start with 1 video every day (=5 per week). If you are good and you deliver good work, we increase to a FULL-TIME Job!

- (optional) You do the video editing with Adobe Premiere and Wondershare Filmora (preferred)
- You know how perfectly how finally edit the video in the TikTok app and how to use TikTok's features: Text-to-speech, filters, audio, trending music, etc.
- You can also edit photos in Adobe Photoshop
- Good command of the English language
- You can convince someone with your video creations
- Communicate on Slack daily
- Project Management in Notion (will be explained to you)
- Pay attention to details
- Must be a quick learner and able to work on your own and in a team
- Must be able to work fast!!!!
- Must have great communication skills
