Full Time Tenant Manager

We are a growing Co-living operator in Singapore and are recruiting talent to specialise in Tenant Management. This is a full-time role and the working hours are on Mon to Fri 9am to 7pm.



The ideal candidate loves engaging people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting tenants into passionate evangelists



Responsibilities

Communicate with tenants via Whatsapp
Provide knowledgeable answers and resolution to issues faced by tenants
Work with internal colleagues to meet tenant’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Meet the service level of 1 hour response time


Qualifications

Property Management / Tenant Management experience preferred
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
