Working with both local and remote teams, you will work a hybrid office model with one to two days a week in the office and the rest of the week working from home.

What do we need you to do?

Along with our Software Architect, you will lead our Software Development Teams with your focus on Agile practices, creating, implementing, and supporting Agile principles, identifying, and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flow.

What you are responsible for?

Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Utilising Scru ---------- thodologies design and implement a new Agile process.
Assist teams in running Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, planning, and ---------- velop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics.
Provide effective communication to all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues.
Maintain overall project/s scope, resources, and deliverables.
What do you need for the role?

3+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Formal qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related relevant field.
Experience with Agile Project Management Tools.
Experience with working with remote teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Scrum Master certification.
Creative, innovative, proactive, and convincing in terms of finding solutions.
Ability to reprioritise quickly at short notice to accommodate priority change.
