JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant who can help us more effectively accomplish our mission as a company.

We're a Social Ad Agency that specializes in Facebook and ---------- ---------- 's a PLUS if you are familiar with FB ads but not required. You will be working with the CEO on the business to help bring in more clients to the agency.

Heres what your typical month may look like:

? Posting written copy and selecting images for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, linked in)
? Posting and creating Instagram and Facebook stories from provided storyboards.
? Scheduling and promoting weekly podcast emails & guest’s social sharing graphics.
? Collaboration with our social media manager to ensure all assets are in place.
? Creating Leadpages from provided copy.
? Tracking metrics, open rates, and followers and presenting to Marketing Manager and CEO.

As we’re looking for an ideal fit, our new Marketing Assistant will likely possess what we’ve listed below:


Facebook
Ad Manager Experience is a +++ but not required

? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
? Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload of self.
? Critical thinking, analytical, & problem solving skills.
? Tech skills preferred include but not limited to: Canva, Instagram stories, Waave, ConvertKit, Wordpress, LeadPages, Vimeo, KeyNote, Google documents, L ---------- , DropBox, Asana, Facebook, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, QuickTime, Photoshop, Slack, Infusionsoft, Go High Level
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
? Ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure.
? Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
? Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
? Operate in a fast moving environment and adhere to deadlines while producing high quality work each and every time.
? Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our tea ---------- mbers grow and learn.
? Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact project progress or outcomes.
? Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
? A quiet work environment, including: - A computer and High-speed internet
? Download recorded client calls and save to designated folders
? Gather Testimonials and save to designated folder
? Daily reporting of relevant KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC and CPA) forFacebook Ad Campaigns via the spreadsheet/format provided by the Client.
? Create files and workspace when onboarding new clients
? Ordering copy/creative
? Create Campaign shells as directed by Client
? Create Custom Audiences as directed by Client
? Calendar/Appointment setting
? Seek Public Relations opportunities
? Liaise with team as necessary
? Refer to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs ) where applicable, and follow In house project management systems.
? Create, Record and update (SOPs) for routine tasks
? Report to Client any concerns or issues
