GRAPHIC AND UI DESIGNER

JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a top-performing graphic and UI designer with 6+ years of experience for a full-time graphic design position that is eager to produce high-quality digital and print content for our company and clients. This individual would consider themselves a top-performing graphic designer comfortable with website UI design, digital assets for websites, social media sites, banner and display ads, and print material, including PowerPoint presentations. This graphic designer is a self-starter who can develop their concepts, content, and designs that help customers solve problems with our graphic design ---------- addition to graphic design experience, this graphic designer must have:

Experience designing for the web landscape.

Experience with graphic design software is also required, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva App.

Experience designing print materials, such as brochures, datasheets, and envelopes.

Experience in 3D modeling is not required but a bonus.

New hires will have a 30-day probation period

• Bi-Monthly pay on the 5th & 20th of each month (via Paypal)

• Access to company software & training



I will pay between $2-$3 per hour during the probation period. You will track your own hours and submit them on the 1st & 15th of each month. During the probation period, you will be evaluated on performance & an overall understanding of the position. Must be available during U.S. business/call hours (8am-8pm PST) & work a minimum of 4 hrs. per day or 20 hrs. a week whichever is greater (i.e. you can work 2 x 10 hr. shifts in a week and meet the minimum or 5 x 4 hr. shifts, but you must work a minimum of 20 ---------- a week). I will have plenty of campaigns to keep you busy and if you want to earn more, you can work more hours.



At the end of the probation period, one of three things will happen 1) I will bring you on as a full-time salaried employee (great job) 2) I will offer you contract work on an hourly basis (good job) 3) I'll pay you in full and we'll part as friends (not so good job :)
