- Provides 50% business and 50% personal support
- Build a thorough understanding of the business, ops, and strategic needs of the company. Based on this, drive the priorities through weekly meetings, and identify opportunities to increase leadership team effectiveness
- Identify and take on ad-hoc strategic projects - everything from defining new opportunities to executing key initiatives, and closing the gaps in business and operations
- Work hand in hand with colleagues on the Finance, People, and Operations teams to drive employee satisfaction, recruiting efficiency, training, facilities, etc.. This role will be expected to juggle priorities across different orgs
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately (ordering food, etc.)
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of
- At least 1-year of project management experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Possess the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and neutrality
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-developed organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
