We have a very challenging position opening up. We're a booming ecommerce startup, and we have high expectations, but also reward our employees well. You'll be treated to things like yearly retreats, bonuses that'll double your paycheck if you're doing well, end of the year bonuses, a very intelligent and hardworking team located in in Davao (you don't have to be from Davao!), access to online education & opportunities if you want it (just ask! This is not a typical VA job. You will NOT be told what to do on a daily basis (at the beginning maybe, but not further down the line); you'll be expected to correct me if I tell you something that can be optimized and make suggestions, and work with minimal instructions to complete tasks (we expect to not have to paint you a picture and explain every single step). Basically we want people who are more than employee zombies. We want people who can think for themselves!
