Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional concierge-level support to specific/assigned Brandfox clients ensuring that their needs are fully met, problems are solved in a timely manner, and their individual projects are fully coordinated in all details with the Operations team at Brandfox.

Duties:

Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders, and ensure accurate fulfillment
Identify and resolve issues for orders that are returned, and document resolution
Support item onboarding and conversions when required
Facilitate and manage inventory control process for assigned clients
Monitor inventory levels, resolve/adjust inventory discrepancies
Facilitate a quarterly inventory of all assigned client items
Assist in maintaining required inventory levels for assigned clients
Assist to coordinate special projects between assigned clients and BrandFox
Reorder supplies to ensure properly shipped customer packages
Other duties as required to ensure high-performance and client success
Assist warehouse team on shipping packages when required
Answer phones as necessary in support of teammates to ensure overall client success

Possess basic mathematical skills

Enjoy providing excellent service to clients to ensure their loyalty
