Project & Change Lead

We are a QSR chain in Australia operating 50 stores and are the market leader in the dessert category. We employ 1000+ people across our Support Office, Wharehouse and Stores and are super proud of our culture!

We are gearing up for rapid expansion and looking forward to laying down some strong foundations to acheive future growth.
Critical to success is our ability to manage change and ensure that projects are on track and delivered on time and to a high standard.

We are looking for a professional Projects & Programs Manager who will form a critical part of our management team. The role will be varied and challenging and you will work with members of our management and executive team to achieve success. The role will be varied and include tasks such as the following:
1. You will track success against our future goals and meet regularly with key members of our mangaement team to ensure that all projects are on track for future success.
2. You will also track KPIs for the business and call out where we are on track and off track and assist with compiling board reporting and the like
3. You will build project management capability, implementing tracking frameworks and technology and consistantly strive to improve organisational memory and learning.

To be successful, you will reqire project mangaement qualifications and experiece. This is not an entry level role at all, so you will need experiece and need to bring your A game.

This role will be full time and managed ---------- will operate in Australian Eastern Standard Time with standard office hours being 9am-5.30pm (AEST). We can provide some flexibility for the right candidate.
