E-learning Lead

We are Australia's largest dessert chain, serving delicious offerings in a multi unit QSR environment. We employ 1000+ employees across our stores, wharehouse and support office and are proud of our working environment and culture.

We are looking for an E-learning specialist and lead to assist us with in overhalling our LMS platform and revamping our training to ensure that it is state of the art and highly engaging.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working with and administering a LMS platform. We use World Manager, which is very user friendly, experience with this platform would be handy.

To be successful you will specifically need experience in the following areas:

1. designing training modules
2. designing engaging e-learning content
3. Instructional design and delivery
4. Developing assessment tools
5. You will need very strong written and spoken English
6. You will need to have previous experience working with LMS platforms with world manager being a huge advantage
7. Experience dealing with rise articulate, scorm and other similar programs
8. A strong grasp of technology and dealing with popular platforms

We are a great employer with a small team already in the Phillipines. Our office hours are Monday-Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time 9am-5.30pm. We can be flexibile to some degree as we understand a lot of this kind of work can be done in your own hours, but many meetings will be in these hours.
