JOB OVERVIEW

Hello future employee!

Our e-commerce business is looking for a hard working employee with experience in Customer Service. The position will be responsible for answering mails from customers and for the communication with our store managers.

Responsibilities:

- Answering mails from customers on a daily basis
- Make tickets in Google Spreadsheets
- Communication with store manager
- Be pro-active and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company
- Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager

Requirements:

- At least 1 year experience with customer service tasks
- Worked with Shopify before
- You speak English fluently
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Experience with Excel/spreadsheet
- You did this work before and you liked it
- Timely completion of tasks (very responsible)
- Highly committed, professional and loyal
- Proactivity
- Teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of dropshipping or e-ommerce industry
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable phone
