HR Manager and/or Coordinator

We are a medium sized QSR chain in Australia with over 50 stores serving some of the best dessert offerings availabile!

We are poised for growth and people are central to our current and future success are our people! We have a special culture and are looking to ensure that this stays the case!

As such, we are lookng for a HR Manager or HR coordinator to assist us with our growth.

Please only apply for this role if you have qualifications in the area of HR and/or experience working in the area. We need someone specifically with experience in this area.

This will be a dynamic and very exciting role. You will be working on the following exciting projects and priorities:
1. Assisting with recruitment in our Stores, Wharehouse and Support Office
2. Working on designing our employer value proposition and designing colateral and ads in conjunction with our marketing team
3. Working on developing communications and keeping our engagement on the move
4. Assisting with organising events and social occasions for the team
5. Ensuring that we have recognition and reward programs in place across the business
6. Implementing new platforms and tools and HRIS suites
7. Working with our COO and CEO to develop our culture code and culture map
8. Drafting job contracts
8. Performing other miscellaneous duties as required

You will have qualifications in the area of HR, or altnernatively you will have work experience in this area.

This is a full time role. Hours of working will be 9am-5.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday. We can be slightly flexible as required for the right candidate and the role will be performed remotely.
