NINJA T-shirts Designer - PART TIME/FULL TIME

I am looking for a creative graphic designer/illustrator with previous experience in creating unique and eye-catching designs for t-shirts.

The work will be a combination of fairly simple slogan based t-shirt designs, and some more complex illustration designs.

The successful candidate will be:

- A creative and talented illustrator.
- Great at typography.
- Experienced in t-shirt design.
- A good communicator. Timely communication via IM is essential. A MUST!!!
- Able to work creatively with minimal supervision.
- Capable of fast turnaround times and able to consistently hit deadlines.
- fluent english level

we will give you example of T-shirts with other designs

Instructions: Take this phrase and turn it into an amazing t-shirt design, with lots of subtle graphics that nurses would love (nurses hat, hearts, heartbeat images, stethoscope, syringe, etc.)

You will create 2 different styles for this and the designs need to consist of up to 3 colors only, to be printed on dark shirts (black/navy etc.).

TIPS/ RULES:

# YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN YOUR MIND THAT THE T-SHIRTS WE DEMAND IS NEED TO BE CLEAN TO FIT VARY OF PEOPLE...

# Be able to create exceptional T-shirt designs that are very appealing. I need a freelancer who is confident in their work.

# Don't just rely on the guidelines that we are giving you for each task. They are just there as a guide but you can go on and create designs using your creativity and imagination or you can even get ideas from other existing designs.

# Use your imagenation to make the sentence alive! i mean, if it funny sentence, for example: here is a sentence for NANA: "Like a mom only cooler NANA"
it's need to be something cool, something that the nana willing to wear, you need to think about the customer, who is gonna wear, and if he love it...
