I need amazing workers that can do cold calling, texting, email, etc. You will be talking with potential sellers to gauge their motivation, when they want to sell, the repairs needed, and how much they want to sell for.
I will train you on how to find comparable properties and make offers. If an offer is accepted, you can set them up an appointment to talk to me.
I will be giving bonuses for each deal we close.
For example, you help me sell a house you get $200 or more as a bonus, on top of your salary.
The bonuses will increase the more houses you help me sell for the month!!!
I need full time workers during usa hours.
