Property Maintenance Coordinator for UK Property Agent

We are looking for a Property Maintenance coordinator to help our Lincoln UK support office. You would ideally have experience with property maintenance issues including heating, plumbing, electrical etc.

This role will be to identify issues and instruct contractors then ensure they work is completed in a timely and quality manner.

You MUST have a excellent phone manner and clean and clear conversational English style.

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of around 1300 properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager in Singapore is Filipino and Owner is Aussie. We now have a team of 15 philippino staff working remotely complementing our 20+ UK based staff.

Monday to Friday UK working hours - 8 hour working day (40 hours per week) with a lunch break of 30mins.

Salary would be full time monthly with 13th month paid on the anniversary of your year or Christmas (pro-rata).
