JOB OVERVIEW

My growing Real Estate Investment Firm needs help managing all aspects of its business ventures. I (the owner) need an Executive Assistant to be my "right-hand" person. These tasks are primarily:
1) run operations virtually where required & engage with other tea ---------- mbers,
2) handle most of the financial tasks (Financial analysis, bookkeeping, accounting, US IRS tax preparation), and
3) Own Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation and process control.

The following areas I expect you to have multiple years of experience. You will be asked for concrete examples of prior projects / documents to confirm your ability to perform tasks.
==> Ability to decode simple & direct messages, extrapolate the requirement, and perform the task.
==> Experience across multiple industries, technologies, and life.
==> Ability to estimate time needed to complete a task and complete task by due date.
==> Knowledge of the US real estate accounting specifics is preferred or at least complex accounting experience.
==> Bookkeeping & Accounting for property renovation business (estimates vs actuals), for property management business (rent roll, P&L docs), for partnership investment businesses (various, custom reports, tables, & proprietary documents).
==> Bookkeeping for personal expenses to be reimbursed by the business
==> Experience with US Tax System, tax preparation, etc...
==> Feedback to me regarding systems used and processes to make the business more effective for all tea ---------- mbers.

I’m looking for a FULL-TIME individual (dedicated tea ---------- mber is crucial to everybody's success) that is looking for a long-term (multi-year) commitment. I’d prefer your English speaking and writing to be pretty proficient (good).

You will be in direct contact with me (the owner) primarily and I will empower you to succeed. There will be times when other tea ---------- mbers in the US engage with you as well. I view every relationship as a partnership, helping each other. I will provide opportunities for personal and professional growth. You will also become a gatekeeper for me, managing emails & running different business operations, and providing daily/weekly updates as required.
