Digital content repurposer for social media

Looking for someone who can repurpose my YouTube videos into social media posts weekly. Post-custom-designed and captioned video and audiograms, image quotes, and thumbnails formatted for social feeds, stories, and Youtube. The right person would have a good knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate would also be able to help me design T-shirts, but this is not a must. This person must be able to work quickly and be reliable and dependable.
