[HOW LIFE IS GONNA LIKE LIKE FOR YOU]

Although you'll be working remotely ~90% of the time, there might be chances that I will need you to come to Hong Kong. Chances are low but who knows. So be prepared to hop on the plane. And if that happens, air ticket and accommodation is paid for. No worries on that!

You’ll be working very closely with me and there are a lot of things we can explore together and make them happen. So I want someone who has ideas too, not just someone who follows instructions blindly and has no initiative or ideas to do things better.

[THE SUPERSTAR APPOINTMENT SETTER ROLE]

So right now, I am expanding my team INCREDIBLY fast, and I am currently looking for an Appointment Setter.

This is a role that can quickly climb from a monthly base salary of USD 350/m to USD 2,000 - 6,000/m, so please read below carefully:

I am looking for a highly driven, focused individual with GREAT ENGLISH (speaking and writing), who is hungry to succeed in a social media management and sales messaging role.

This job is FULL TIME, and will require 8 hours/day, 5 days/ week.

You must be able to commit Monday - Friday (9am-6pm UK time with 1 hour break)

We also ask that you remain 100% exclusive with us when working on our team. This means no side hustles. Whatever business or studies you are currently working on, you will have to discontinue as your financial goals and impact ($6K+ months) will be achieved WITHIN our team, not outside of it. And side hustles will inevitably break your focus.

I have high expectations of this person because he/she is going to be my right hand to help me handle a lot of important sales and marketing operations so that you are a key player in enrolling new clients.

I don’t manage my team but I lead them. My goal is to transform you into a leader, to turn you into an appointment setting superstar, build relationships with prospects, get them book calls, and become clients eventually through setting appointments.

[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Spending 8 hours/day (Yes, 8 hours working) sending messages to people on Facebook to book sales calls
- Outreaching to new prospects with our proven process
- Managing Stef’s Facebook group by accepting new group members and send trainings to them
- Following a provided framework, and also working with Stef closely to develop better messaging strategies
- Messaging people to confirm their existing sales calls, to ensure a maximum show-up rate.

[MINIMUM REQUIREMENT]

- Must be able to work from home
- Full-time position (You must be able to commit Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, preferably 9am-6pm UK time with 1 hour break)
?- You can NOT have your own business/ study on the side. This is a full-time commitment.
- Prefer to have existing appointment setting experience. If not, you are looking to potentially become an appointment setter with high commission and bonus
?- Must be coachable and ready to start in the next 3-5 days if you pass the interview process.? We will provide you with full training on the role to get you to a player level
- Monthly base salary of USD 350.
- Earning potential is USD 20k/year with opportunity for advancement into $70k/ year
- *NOTE* This is a fast-paced role, and you will be held to a VERY high standard of excellence on our team

One final note: I (Stef Lau) am VERY intense on my sales team. Sales is the lifeblood of any business. If you do not perform, I will do everything possible to get you up to speed. However, if you still do not show signs of improvement, you will be instantly cut, just like if an athlete on a professional team no longer performs at a high level.

This is VERY Important to understand... This is a SALES EMPHASIS ROLE.

The projected starting salary is USD 350/month, and earn commission up to USD 2,000-6,000/month over the coming few months. One thing's for sure - if you're hungry for $$$, this role can DEFINITELY meet your financial goals.

Ultimately, your compensation is tied to how well you perform as an appointment setter.

Again, if you like being paid hourly, this is NOT for you. We only want to reward those that produce results for the company.
