Recruiter / Recruitment Assistant

We are a company in the United States looking for a Virtual Recruitment Assistant



We are looking for someone who speaks excellent English. We have exceptional training videos if needed.

Requirements:
• Must have at least a 4 year college degree
• Must work 40 hours a week
• 60+ WPM
• Detail oriented
• Team player and ability to work independently
• Comfortable screening applicants
• Able to rank and reach out to applicants in the US in systematic way
• Organizing and filing documents on shared google drive
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in recruiting, interviewing, and spotting talent
• Great communication skills are a plus
• Understanding and Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Word, Zoom, etc.
• Ability to schedule Zoom interviews with candidates

Responsibilities:
• You will use indeed employer to search for maintenance technician applicants and schedule interviews
• You will help with some HR tasks
• You will help with some operations tasks

The Location: Remote
• Home Computer with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Applications (Word & Excel).
