Excellent English Speaker and Writer for Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, and Content Creator Needed

We're looking for a Rockstar Assistant to join our team. We are a small USA-based mental health company and we're looking for a Multi-Talented Virtual Assistant to come on, initially part-time and (quickly) if we happen to be a good fit it will transition into a full-time position.

We are looking for someone who has the following traits:

- Speaks English VERY well and can write in English with good grammar, spelling, etc.
- Great at multitasking and meeting deadlines and highly organized with extreme attention to detail
- Fast learner and quick to understand what needs to be done and put it into action
- You strive to deliver results that are above and beyond expectations
- Self-starter who knows what needs to be done and takes ownership of it
- Has a great attitude and an even better sense of humor and work well with others
- A clear communicator who responds to emails quickly, and has excellent phone, email, and internet communication skills
- Interested in graphic design / have an eye for visually interesting content
- Must have experience working online (ideal if you are familiar with Trello, Slack, google docs, Skype, Google calendar, Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite, graphic design software, etc.)
- Is willing to wear many hats and help the business where needed, when needed - tasks will vary
- Someone who wants a long-term position and to become part of our team


Duties and Responsibilities:

- Professional handling of emails for the company and Director
- Lead generation and market research for business opportunities, collaboration, and partnerships
- General support and virtual office management
- Create, design, and write content daily for our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) while adhering to brand visual and voice guidelines
- Manage and schedule content calendar and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Content creation/writing (i.e. assist with writing content for newsletters, blog, website, and social media pages, etc.) and assist with creating marketing material (i.e. posters, flyers, promotional materials, etc.)
- Help with uploading videos to YouTube / Streaming site from time to time


We understand that this may be asking a lot, but we are hoping to find someone who can become a permanent part of our team. We are really in need of someone with a graphics media and social media background. We need a reliable, organized, flexible, self-starter, who can work independently and meet project deadlines. Must be trustworthy, hardworking, and most importantly, takes this job seriously. This person would need to start immediately in the new year and have access to a stable internet connection to complete projects/tasks. We’d like some overlap of our time zones (so must be willing to work during some EST Business Hours) but overall flexible.
