Full-Time Graphic Designer (20-40 hrs/week)

Main duties: photo editing, social media content creation, package design

INTRO:
We are an e-commerce company looking for an ambitious high-level employee to join our dynamic team for long-term employment. Your key responsibilities will include photo editing, infographic creation, package design as well as working directly with our marketing team to help with any media development needs. Experience with Adobe CC is essential for this position.

Salary will be determined based on experience and talent levels.

We are an e-commerce company that has been in business for over 10 years. We sell physical products in the baby products niche with a concentration on party supplies. The brand we are hiring for is a team of 10 high-achievers with the team size growing rapidly every few months, there will be plenty of growth opportunities for you within the company.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The ideal candidate for this position can work well and be trusted without much supervision. The individual must be humble, loyal, hard-working and genuinely enjoy having a leading role within our team. Responding to tasks assigned in a timely manner is key. We would like you to have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. Lastly, you must have AMAZING American English.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in (American) English
- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or a high-level portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in Adobe CC: Illustrator, Photoshop
- Understand the production process and possess the ability to work with product design and development
- Ability to present creative ideas aligned with the company’s vision
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Great organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Open to constant learning and mentorship
- Self-starter with the ability to set and meet objectives and work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly sensitive to confidentiality for all company products, operations, activities, plans. For example, unreleased product information, product designs, pricing strategies and business ---------- SIRED SKILLS (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED):
- Former experience with Amazon FBA and/or Shopify businesses
- Product packaging design
