Social Media Manager -- Linkedin

I run Leopard.FYI, a recruiting company focused on women engineers.

I am looking to hire a social media manager (freelance ok) who has deep experience building out followings for Company Linkedin pages. My goal is to create more of an engaged larger community around our page -- ideally 10k followers in Q1 on the Leopard.FYI page. I think this is possible as we have a lot of leads already and I have 12k followers on my page, I just need help converting them strategically.
