Looking for the best youtube thumbnail designer out there. I am launching a youtube channel and am looking for a long-ter ---------- mber of the team to create thumbnails that are hyper optimized and catchy just like Mr.Beasts.

I am willing to pay good $ for them if they're the best there is.

Must:
-Have previous Youtube thumbnail experience
-Have worked for youtube in the past
-Be willing to learn and motivated to grow their skillset
