Clinical Program Manager (must be USRN)

We are a startup company focused on delivering virtual care to patients in the United States. We are looking for a superstar full-time Clinical Program Manager to assist our US based clinicians and to better help us get organized. That involves tasks to help our team stay organized

1) help organize our google drive
2) take notes during meetings
3) help organize our various spreadsheets / bug trackers / documents and help with formatting
4) help with clinically oriented tasks like managing EHRs, structuring templates.
5) Work on Clinical survey templates, make sure patients are getting the care they need.

The role requires the person to be
1) USRN
2) extremely conversant in English (written + spoken)
3) be available during US pacific hours (9AM to 6PM)
4) be tech savvy and knows how to use google suite, slack, (and if possible indesign)
5) minimum download internet speed of 20 mbps and upload internet speed of 10mbps
6) Familiarity with the US healthcare system. Actual experience in US Healthcare system a huge plus.

Since this is a full-time role at a startup, this role might require work during weekends and beyond normal business hours depending on business needs without additional compensation. But we of course will try to avoid it if possible.
