SOCIAL MEDIA ADS MANAGER

We are currently seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to add to our growing team. Our new Paid Social Manager will be expected to hit the ground running and should have previous professional experience managing paid programs for brands - and proven eCommerce conversion experience.

The Manager, Paid Social(Social Media Manager) at Firebelly:
?Will report to the Director
?Will manage various activities for clients to accomplish outstanding results.
?Will implement strategy for existing and new clients
?Will play a key role in expanding Firebelly’s social platform offerings and extending services beyond where they are today.

This role will support many key areas of the business - primarily - delivery, and secondarily - marketing and business development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Prepare campaigns and adjust when needed. This will also include negotiating and buying/managing ads for clients. Strategizing, executing, and managing a variety of client social media ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis (including conversion analysis)
?Optimize plans, ads, and budgets according to the best media mix.
?Developing social media ad strategies to support and achieve clients’ business objectives across all stages of their marketing funnel - especially eCommerce conversion programs.
?Targeting the right people with the right message in the right places to reach clients’ desired outcomes. You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.
?Monitor key metrics, costs, and ROI. Continuously measuring and optimizing campaign “conversion” performance while also establishing benchmarks, identifying trends, developing insights, and making recommendations for ad adjustments as needed.
?Using multi-touch attribution modeling to maximize campaign effectiveness
?Communicating campaign performance to clients and creating a clear roadmap for the future. Also ensures to build long-term relationships with clients.
?Researching, synthesizing, and utilizing data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
?Developing and presenting results, insights, and recommendations to clients with compelling reports - and being comfortable telling clients what to do.

REQUIREMENTS
?Minimum 2+ years of professional social media advertising experience (Social certifications are a plus!)
?You know the ins and outs of running ads on all major social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and TikTok.
?Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
?A creative mind–you can craft ads that are engaging and supportive of a brand’s social media advertising goals - you know how to get people to convert from one stage to another.
?An analytical mind–you’re equally as good with numbers as you are with words and are able to make decisions and recommendations based on data.
?An understanding of each of the major social channel advertising platforms and the ability to draw actionable insights from the data they provide.
?A consultative approach with clients and the ability to act with urgency.
?Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
?Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
