We at Fuego Group are looking for a new tea
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create better modes of operations to make customer service easier for the department
- Give constant direction to tea
- Give detailed feedback on the performance of tea
- Observe the performance of tea
- Guide and lead tea
- Attend to customers who need assistance in regards to their order transactions.
- Delegate different duties to tea
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5 yrs+ of customer service experience
- Fast learner & Self-starter
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
- Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with tea
- Detail-oriented
- Patience
- Tech-savvy
- Demonstrate grace under pressure and can work in a fast pace environment
- Adaptability
- Reliable & Efficient
