Hi!! This is Chelle!! Urban Betty has been named a Top 200 Salon in the U.S. by Salon Today Magazine since 2011 and is one of the largest independent hair salons in Austin with more than 30 chairs with 70 employees and we are currently looking for an Admin Assistant

Job Description:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain electronic filing systems
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Help me post on my personal Social Media

* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 8 am - 3 pm CST, Tuesday to Thursday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
