JOB OVERVIEW

Solid Rock Realty in Colorado Springs is seeking a motivated Property Management Accountant Assistant to join our growing Real Estate Team! We currently manage 300 residential units and are adding new units at a rapid pace.

As a Property Manager Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting Landlord and Tenant questions, tracking and paying bills, invoicing our in-house maintenance team, tracking receipts, monthly reconciliations, financial reports and more.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the work process to maximize effectiveness. This person has the drive to achieve or exceed productivity, goal setting, and revenue targets while providing a high level of customer service.

General Job Description
• Respond to Landlord and Tenant needs in a timely fashion regarding rents and expenses.
• Reconciling accounts on a monthly basis.
• Paying bills.
• Security Deposit disposition.
• Creating and sending invoices for maintenance team.
• Learn and understand the Buildium Property Management Software.
• Learn and understand the Avantio Property Management Software.
• Coordinate with Lead Accountant to keep up with the day to day operations.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.

• Starting Salary: $600 Monthly
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break) – General Mountain Time
• The following benefits begin the first full month after a 90-day trial period.
o Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 8 hrs/month Vacation
o 8 Paid Holidays Off (New Year’s Day, US Memorial Day, July 4th, US Labor Day, US Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)
