Manager/Sales Virtual Assistant /Digital Content Creator

• As a Manager, we will require you to do a gym visit 2 to 3 times per week or as necessary (THIS IS IMPORTANT). This is for you to ensure smooth running & operations of the gym daily. Deliver membership net gain target, drive retention strategy for the gym, carry out several administrative duties such as analyzing income and expenses, membership fees, and equipment leasing costs to find out where the business needs to improve to ensure profitability.

• As a Sales Virtual Assistant, you will need to establish and build relationships with our members and bring in new leads for our business. We suggest that you build long-term relationships with existing members so you can ask for their referrals and convert those to a sale.

• As a Creative Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating content to post to social media (Facebook as of now) and multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms yet to come! As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.


• Need to be a great communicator; part of the role will consist of community management in the form of responding to DM's and comments. This is a fluid role meaning that you will shift the hat that you wear from time to time between social media and content creation.
