Appointment Setter Job Description for Remote Worker

Hi! I'm looking for a skilled appointment setter for my solar company. We use V ---------- to contact our leads. We receive about 1,000 fresh leads per day for people that want to do our solar program.

Your job will be to make calls on the dialer and set appointments. We have a very good script and I will be personally training you every day. You'll need to be available for 4-5 hours per day to make calls. These are cold calls, and some warm leads that fill out our Facebook ads.


This is a very high paying job, hourly + commission based. You'll get paid hourly and you'll get commission money every time an appointment you set shows up. Our reps on average make 2-3x similar jobs because of our commission structure.

The average rep for this job can make upwards of $100-$200 per 8 hour shift.

THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD AMERICAN ACCENT AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.

Here's the requirements:
- FLUENT in English
- Call center experience
- Hard worker
- Looking for LONG TERM work
- 4-5 hours a day minimum, (we have different shifts starting 1:00 pm Pacific Time to 6:00 pm Pacific Time)
- You must be very willing to learn and love commissions

These aren't requirements but I would very much like this:
- You have experience with V ----------
- You have experience in solar

Great! How long have you been looking into going solar?

Excellent. Well I do see that you’ve been pre-approved for our solar program and also a (ADD YOUR PROMOTION ie:$1000 check to cover you electric bills for the first year) based on the application you submitted- so I just have a few questions for you and then I’ll get you right over to one of our solar experts. Sound good?

If I like your application and recording, I'll arrange a time for an interview.
