JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! We are looking to add a team member to our growing team. We view all members of the company as highly valued team members, working to grow the company together, while at the same time growing our OWN careers as well.

Specifically, we are looking for a motivated team member who takes initiative, can work under pressure, and enjoys multi-tasking.

Strong English communication skills are a MUST. Working graveyard shift is a must for at least the first 1-2 years of employment (US-time evening work schedules are available after promotion). Please avoid applying if graveyard shift is not possible for ---------- ee advanced training is provided when needed. Many tasks Amazon related, though not all. We're looking for ways team members can help us expand beyond Amazon and E-commerce.

We are looking for experienced and talented individuals who are skilled in the following areas; Background experience in at least 2 of the following areas is strongly preferred, though not necessary to apply:

- Social Media Management
- Amazon PPC and SEO
- Website Development
- Programming and Coding
-Customer Support
-Facebook Ads
-Google Ads & Google SEO

Additional Skills preferred:

• Great communicator with speaking (in addition to the required strong skills in English writing)
• Willing to learn new tasks, undergo highly beneficial training, and is not easily offended
• Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central Experience
• Programming and Coding Experience
• A highly-motivated, energetic attitude
• Extremely reliable and dependable, willing to go the extra mile for the company
• Positive, no excuse attitude

ABOUT THE POSITIONS -- you will be tasked with what you are best suited for from the following responsibilities (again, if it's not your area of expertise, don't worry about being given that task!):

Social Media Management:
• Handle social media postings, create vibrant and creative social media content, engage with fans and customers on social media
• Social media collaboration by contacting influencers

Customer Engagement:
• Retail and Wholesale management.
• Create email content and blog entries that discuss product related ideas and information
• Create content for the company (blogging, creative writing, etc. We will have some full time positions that will involve mostly this task only!)
creative product design.
• Respond to daily customer service enquiries with respect and sincerity
• Create sales emails & send them to prospective clients and customers

Product Development:
• Assist in Product design
• Perform online research and assist in the exploration of new business opportunities
• Do market research and product sourcing for new and existing products
• Consistently work with potentially new suppliers to assist in receiving product quotes, price negotiation and product purchasing

Programming:
• App development / Web Development and even blockchain development
• Amazon Ads / PPC / SEO
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management
• Consistently work with existing suppliers to assist in inventory management
• Create systems or software programs for the business (if you possess the skills for this).


ABOUT COMPENSATION AND WORK SCHEDULE:
• Will pay twice a month.
• We pay bonuses for great work and members who show initiative and drive to grow the business
• Team members are paid hourly for work done. Unpaid time off is allowed as needed but depends on the entire team's schedule to support those time off needs
• We give pay increases based on both team member performance AND company performance
• We are looking for true partners and team members to help us grow, and not just "employees"
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week, occasionally outside of business hours, as mutually agreed upon with management and the virtual team member

Wage/Salary:
The monthly salary is commensurate with and based on a combination of experience and skills. The majority of team members fall in the $3-$5 per hour range
